accidentally overclocked monitor, and now after the manufacturer logo, it says out of range

hello, i overclocked my pc to 76 hertz instead of 70, and now my monitor can't open and shows out of range, i can only open bios but i can't acces recovery or anything from it, im sorry if im dumb
