I tried to install my pc using an ISO file but in the middle I got an error "windows installation failed..." Then I tried to solve this problem and I found out that the cmd and windows powershell cannot work. Knowing that, I installed a powershell from Microsoft and run sfc/scannow, but it stopped in the middle and said " windows resource protection could not perform the requested operation." After that, I tried dism's command but it failed and said "the file or directory is corrupted and unreadable." I tried chkdsk's command but still failed and said "Ifsutill.dll cannot be found."
