Share license on 2 DC

Good evening, I have a question.I'm going to prepare 2 DC, primary and secondary on WS 2022.Primary DC is license server too. What happens if DC1 fail? Can i replicate license too or I need to move license on DC2 if DC1 fail?Thanks in advance
