Hi, I am trying to learn some python coding. In order to get some stuff working correctly I have gone down a rabbit hole. In cmd, in my root dir, and I check where python is installed, why does it say two places? Also, when I go into the actual WindowsApps folder, there is nothing in there (but, the python .exe IS in the other folder (Python312).. So, that's my first issue...My next question is about navigating in cmd. When I open cmd, I am in the default root dir, right? As I understand it, I should be able to press TAB and it'll scroll through all the files/folders in the parent dir. However
