Hi, I'm having a problem with my Acer laptop. I'll try to explain the problem to the best of my ability. I'm unable to log in. Normally, I don't have a password, so I just click enter to log in and see the home screen. However, a few weeks back, something happened, and now I'm unable to log in. When I try, it shows the loading icon, but nothing happens.I've tried restarting multiple times until it showed "Your PC did not start correctly," which led me to troubleshoot in various ways.
