Windows is trying to boot from X: drive recovery environment partition after forced update

I was using windows 10, when it forcefully restart to update (you shouldn't be doing this microsoft) after starting up my computer again, I got an attempting repair screen, now its giving me 0x0000098 missing or error system 32 files. I've tried all bootrec commands, sfc scan, all recovery options, tried booting from usb with windows 10 ISO file and I get bcd missing config error, nothing is working.
