Hello, I recently tried to factory reset my computer, a complete wipe of all drives. I tried this twice, with the first one with the option of redownloading windows 10 from the cloud, and again of redownloading windows 10 from this device. Both times the update had failed at about half way through, and sent me back to the sign in screen, asking for me to log in. However though, every time I do log in now, it simply says “The User Profile Service service failed the sign in. User profile cannot be loaded.” I no longer have access to the desktop, or any apps, as I can only see the log in screen.
