Hello,I recently had decided to perform a reset on my laptop when it seemed as though I somehow had contracted corrupted data but I couldn't locate the source as the computer would not let me run a sfc scan or a dism scan. Both resulted in errors and I opted to reset the entire system from a fresh start. I had made a wrongful assumption that I didn't need to put a clean install of Windows 10 on a usb drive and instead had chosen for the install to come from a Cloud drive (but I didn't realize that I still would've needed to download the Windows 10 install from online).
