On my desktop PC running Windows 11 Pro, if I right click on the Windows Icon and select "shut down" it takes between 30-45 seconds before the display goes blank and the message Shutting Down is displayed. About 90 seconds later the screen shuts down but the CPU and fans continue to run. I see the disk access light flash a couple of time and finally after another1-2 minutes the CPU shuts down.If I use the RUN command with "shutdown /s /t 0" the system shuts down in under 15 seconds.I installed a clean copy of Windows about two months ago but it did not change this problem.Processor AMD Ryze
