i decided to reset my laptop since it was performing slowly and only chose the option to delete the apps and not my files. now I'm stuck in a "choose your operating system" loop. both options are the same which is "windows 10, volume 3" and when i click one of them, it restarts and shows the same thing. any ideas how to fix this problem? i also bought a flash drive so that i could install windows 10 from another laptop and transfer it to the flash drive but the option to install windows from usb flash drive is gone.
