Stuck in Safe mode

I have activated login into save mode, using windows + R ( Run Command ) Msconfig, right now my system is always booting into save mode, my pin is not working, I cannot log in with my password I cannot use command prompt, when I press shift + restart it takes me to the troubleshoot but when I choose command prompt it does not work and it takes me to the safe mode again. I tried all options in troubleshoot and none of them worked, the only options that is left to try is to reset my PC and I don't want to do that.Anyone?
