Realtek Gaming GbE Family Controller throttling. Help please!!!

I have a Realtek Gaming GbE Family Controller running drivers 10.56.119.2022. Using a gold plated cable directly wired not wifi.My pc has over 500mb speed to the router but pc is only downloading at 100mb.How can i increase this to the actual 500mb speed at my pc please?Thanks in advance
