Critical process died

My computer has bin crashing after bootup for a couple of days now it then sends me to a blue screen that says “critical process died” then sends me to my bios people told me it could me my ram so i went and bought new 64gb of ram and im still getting the crashing and the blue screen it wont let me do a start up repair or reset my pc it even crashes when i go into safe mode im at a loss rn and i need some help
