I have three TVS I can cast to on my network. Today, one disappeared - but only for my PC (still shows up castable on phones)

Very strange. I connected to it and used it as a 4th, extendable display. I have two others on the the network - all three worked. Now only 2 of the three work.Today, only 2 show up with WIN +K on my PC.But if I go to my Apple or Android Phone all three show up still and are castable.IT is a Roku, and I did have it set to "always allow" my pc to connect. I took off that option (but did not put it on deny) - and it is just hidden from my PC (only). Thoughts?
