My PC crashes after closing games.

After closing games, my PC crashes, sometimes 10-15 minutes after, and sometimes 30 minutes after, and sometimes it doesn't even crash. There is no pattern I can see in terms of what it crashes from. Here is how the crash goes: Some time after closing the game, my PC completely freezes, then, unless I choose to force-restart it, it eventually black-screens and does not restart on its own.
