I am concerned that this is a known problem with a brand new laptop that already had Windows 11 installed, and since I was not able to continue to use my Windows 10 Laptop thanks to planned obsolescence. I am also frustrated that there has been no resolution offered by Microsoft to fix this problem. Not everyone is a techy that uses a computer, and even those of us that do understand how to do some of this technical stuff simply do not want to spend their precious time watching YouTube videos so they can print or scan a document.Does Microsoft plan on pushing out a fix for this problem?
