So this issue first started with discord so i thought that it was just an issue with discord, but as more time went on i noticed this happening on other apps too. When i spend some time on another tab for example, if i went into discord and had a video or something playing on chrome when i tabbed back into chrome it would be frozen for a good 10-15 seconds. This happens with other things too like some games, other apps i use and chrome. It doesn't really effect stuff much its just very annoying and i didn't have this issue until about maybe a month ago.
