I haven't been able to update my windows for a while now. I get this same error code each time and I have tried every possible solution besides a clean boot. I am not able to do the command sfc /scannow because it says Windows Resource Protection could not start to repair service. I do not own a third-party anti virus to my knowledge so I am not sure what the issue is. I also cant install 2024-07 Cumulative Update for .NET Framework 3.5 and 4.8.1 for Windows 11, version 22H2 for x64 (KB5039895) because of the Install error - 0x80070002.
