BitLocker Recovery

I am trying to log in on my personal computer that is linked to my Microsoft account but whenever I am going to access the BitLocker Recovery Key its asking for a verification code from my gmail account which I don't have access to it anymore. I requested to change my email address but its not allowing me. I need help.
