Does "Keep personal files and apps" retain all installed applications, files and infrastructure on the system?

Hi team,I am considering an in-place upgrade to try and resolve some issues i've been experiencing on my machine. However, the options presented on the Tool do not clarify fully if stuff like the following is kept:- Installed Games from Steam.- Personal files/folders (Pictures etc).- Configuration settings.So is there any clarity on what is kept, and what is removed, when "Keep Personal Files and Apps" is selected from the Windows 10 Setup tool, please?
