As the title suggested, when swapping out my CPU for a newer model everything went smoothly except I could no longer boot it up. Switch from UEFI to CSM mode in the BIOS seemed to fix the issue. I haven't noticed any differences between the two until I was trying to upgrade to Windows 11 and it noted I didn't meet the minimum requirements to upgrade, according to the healthcontrol app that comes with Windows 10 (screenshot provided) (translation: This computer needs to have support for safe start).
