Why do my games Lag so hard but when I press Windows Key they run really good?

Sorry for my poor english, but I think this is the only way I can get someone to help me. Recently I´ve been downloading some new games, and most of them run very very bad until I press the windows key. When I prees it FPS increase from 3-7 to maximum (60-120-200, depending on which game I am). I have a i5 9th gen, GTX 1650 4gb, 16RAM 1TB HDD and 256 SSD. These games are not from Microsoft Store, some of them are from Steam.
