I tried to connect my phone to my laptop in order to update it, but it doesn't recognize my phone. So, I installed USB Oblivion, which worked temporarily. However, upon restarting my laptop, it reverted to its previous state. Interestingly, when I turn off my laptop by switching off the power button and then start it again, it recognizes my device. However, upon unplugging and plugging it back in, it fails to recognize it once more. Despite trying all the solutions from YouTube and running SFC scan and CHKDSK scan, nothing seems to work.
