PC lights remain on after sleeping/turning off computer, and unable to wake computer from sleep mode.

Hello,When I put my PC to sleep/turn it off by clicking on Windows->Power->Sleep/Turn Off, my computer's screen switches off as usual. My peripherals (mouse, keyboard) also switch off as usual. However, my PC's motherboard lights and case fans continue operating as normal.If I put my computer to sleep, I am unable to wake my computer by moving my mouse or pressing mouse buttons/keyboard keys. The only way out is to shut down my computer using the physical button on the computer case before turning my computer back on again.Specifications (PC is approx~ 5 years old, self-assembled):MB: MS
