How can I resolve constant cases of Event ID 4798? Which I believe is to be my root cause for internet disconnection problems.

Hello, I've been struggling with this issue for quite awhile and I believe I've found the root of the cause. So what keeps happening is that my laptop will disconnect from the internet for moments at a time every 30 minutes or so. I've tried reinstalling, updating, and even changing the settings on my network adapters, however, to no avail. I've recently started reviewing my Windows event logs and discovered that there are three key events that keep occurring which lead to my disconnection from the internet: Event ID 4798 - "A user's local group membership was enumerated."
