I found an HP laptop somebody had thrown away in the trash. The laptop actually works but upon starting the computer up, it has a user account and password on the device that obviously I do not know. It does not give me the option to use an administrator account or guest. I know that I can access the bios and use command prompt to access something inside the computer allowing me to either alter the password or to remove the account and password or something of the sort allowing me to log into the device so that I am able to factory reset the device.
