Hello,I'm trying to install an EA game on my new laptop (HP) with Windows 11, and I get an installation error "INST-14-1601 - Windows Installer Service missing". When I go to the Windows Services console, I see Windows Installer is set to Manual and it's not running. I try to start it and I get an error "Error 1053: The service did not repond to start or control request in a timely fashion.". I'm looking at other support tickets related to error 1053.
