Language packs suddenly confused in Windows 11

In W10 I had the system language set to English, but Im from the Nordics so my keyboard is the Nordic layout.Suddenly today my keyboard no longer makes the same inputs as it would in W10, apostrophes become #, squiggles become | ..Idk if the W11 settings are different, but I cant seem to change them around anymore?Specifically what I want is for my system to be English, but my keyboard to be Danish.
