Same issue as this link. Accidentally deleted all users from Windows 10 - Microsoft Community . I was on registry editor and i accidentally deleted all group or user names under the security tab (I believe this is the cause of the issue because I then restarted and when i turned the pc back on no login screen comes up, just the bottom right tab for restart or power). I can not do the instructions the person replied with because when i got to Repair Your Computer, then Troubleshoot, all the Advanced options require a password, and when i put in my password, it says "incorrect" even though it is
