For us folks running multi-monitor setups, theres been this seemingly random problem of game being stuck on 60 FPS even if you got a high end GPU, or it's stuck on 60 FPS as long as you're running multi monitor setup.Various fix was attemptedby myself, including:turning off all the Microsoft game mode stuff - Dont Workturning off all the Microsoft game bar stuff - DOnt Workturning off "full screen optimization" at program setting/compatibility level - Dont Workupdating GPU driver blah blah - Dont Work.unplugging the spare monitor - WORKS!
