Windows 11 Cumulative Update Error for KB5040442

I have been receiving an error for 2024-07 Cumulative Update for Windows 11 Version 23H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5040442). Install error - 0x80070017, same error code every attempt.This has been solved on other threads so I'm hoping this can be fixed on my system as well.
