Can't set up Windows Hellp Facial Recognition

Hi,I got a new laptop and set up Windows Hello facial recognition. However, it has stopped working. When I try to set it up again via the Windows Hello sign-in options, I can get the camera to come on. However, on the Windows Hello set-up window where I see my face in the camera (and the message "Make sure your face is centered in the frame"), there is no "frame" on the display and the only button available in "Cancel". Not sure what else to try. Thanks.
