My strongbox is inaccessible and keeps asking me to configure a new access code

My strongbox was working fine yesterday, but I tried to save a new file there today on my iPhone and can’t access it. OneDrive keeps asking me to configure a completely new strongbox. When I go to settings and try to restore my OneDrive, oneboxlive is inaccessible.
