This all started yesterday, my alt, crtl, and windows keys haven't worked on my pc for months and yesterday I got a new keyboard and I was tired of the keys not working so I looked up some fixes. One person online said this issue could be because I could have a corrupted user. So I watched some videos on how to make a new user and they had me mess with the administrator privileges a bit. They told me to restart my pc so I did. Not only did the keyboard still not work but I now had an administrator account I didn't know I had and I didn't know the password.
