Music Folder Changed Causing All Shortcuts to Break Due to Address Dependancy.

Hello, I've accidentally changed my music shortcut to my SSD C:/ which means the music folder opens it up. When I change it back to the original folder, all programs and shortcuts fail as it rely on C:\ (The Music Shortcut). is there a way to bulk change the file locations for all programs shortcuts. All files go This PC < C:\ rather than This PC < C:/.Images -
