Unable to print from my HP Windows 11 laptop to new HP OfficeJet Pro 8139e

Any thoughts? I do not have Plug and Play on my system so not sure if that is the issue or if there is another driver that is compatible? What needs to be downloaded to print. All my print documents get deleted in the print queue. Need help!* Changed to a question
