Screen turns black

I am using hp pavilion laptop 360 from last almost three years but recently I am facing one problem with my laptop that is while working sometimes suddenly the screen turns black and pops up kind of then when I shut it down forcefully and turns switch on back it works fine. What could be reason and solution for this.
