MY WINDOWS DEFENDER SAYS THEIR IS NO ACTIVE ANTIVIRUS PROVIDER

It all started when my windows defender found a threat call like Vir Tampering malware. the defender asked for action to apply i clicked on the remove option. After that i have been seeing this issue. BY going to registory I put the value code from 1 to 0 for the moment it works but after restarting it i face the same problem.I USE windows 11 singlehome PLZ HELP
