Windows 10 Update KB5040427 wont update and gives error 0x8007001e

I have tried everything I found on the web for this error.I have more than enough room (190gb free).I tried Sfc /scannow.I tried resetting the Windows update.DISM reset.Advanced update troubleshooting (no issue found).Nothing works.Has anyone found a fix to this??Im at my witts end, because now i cannot update any longer, and am starting to get the blue screen of death.Please help.
