Fingerprint sensor is on the laptop but showing "We couldn't find a fingerprint scanner with ...." in signin options

HSN-q33c-4This is the id written on the bottom of my laptopIt's Hp 640 i5 12 gen(g9) elitebook.I have surfed the browser and couldn't solve the issue myselfthere is no biometric option in device manager so I don't know how to get that fingerprint availableAlso, there is mentioned there is back-light for these systems but for my laptop, there is none, I don't know whyalso, the f9 key is blank where normally its back-light symbolI couldn't find any solution related to it onlineIf anyone knows about these issues kindly help me out
