Can't add a new VPN connection on Surface Pro 5

I'm trying to "Add a VPN connection" on Windows 10 Pro on Surface Pro 5 model 1807 using wifi.After filling "connection name" field I move to to "server name or address" field. But the window closes after it all the time immediately and I even can't finish typing and save the connection. I've done multiple attempts with the same no result at all.
