Hello,I am running Windows 10 on a Dell Inspiron laptop. Yesterday, I am having issues with restarting my laptop, it found the boot has an issue but couldn't fix it. I reboot again and was able to get to my desktop with everything intact except I cannot use the following functions:StartSettingsSearchAction CenterAll programs work normally except MS Word.
