Random app starts up after waking PC up from sleep/hibernate

Just as the title says, random apps open up when I wake my PC up from Sleep.At first it was the Xbox app, but after I tried to solve the issue and uninstalled it, it now opens up the Nvidia Control Panel.I tried running DISM and SFC just like the community told everyone to do so, but they did not even show up.Does anyone have a solution?
