How do I get the product key for the Microsoft OS that I purchased on the Microsoft Store?

So, I have order # 9037126795. I ordered Microsoft OS 10. I get the status of "complete." The charge was on my credit card, but I've never received the product, neither electronically nor by mail. I need the product key so I can register the product, I've already downloaded the product on my desktop. How do I get the product key for the OS that I purchased?
