How to fix slow opening folder and blue spinning circle appear??

i have dual boot windows (windows 10 and 11) and i tried to open folder in the windows 10 but it take a minute to open the folder after that i tried opening folder in the windows 11 and it doesnt take a minute to open the folder? how do i fix that?
