Hello I stored PC for 2 years one month ago I tried to use it, the GPU did not work because the case turned on but the GPU fan did not spin. the technician told me to change PSU. and I did it. the PC work for 12 days but I noticed that the FPS are low around 35-60 for Manor Lords and RDR2, but I thought because of High settings. 12 days then I got the same problem the PC turned on but GPU did not. the technician told me it's the Bios, so I updated the Bios then format then installed clean Windows 10. I tried game Manor Lords, it was low FPS 35-60 and GPU work 100% and reach 75 temprture in 10
