What can I do if my league of legends and valorant are just making my screen go black?

What can I do if my league of legends and valorant are just making my screen go black and I can't do anything. It only goes back to normal if I unlpug my pc and then plug it back and turn it on. I think this is not good for my computer. I tried doing a clean boot and turning off fullscreen optimization. My CPU is an AMD Ryzen 7 5700G with integrated graphics, so I meet the recommended requirement. I also tried reinstalling it and I restored my system today and it is still the same. I use windows 11, can that be a problem?
