Switched to a local Windows account, now I can't sign back into my Microsoft account.

I've been unable to sign into my Windows account after switching to a local account.First I go Settings then Accounts then I click on Sign in with a Microsoft account instead.I then go through the Microsoft account login prompts using my Microsoft account: Login Prompt 1.Then I get asked to sign into this computer using my current windows password (which is the password of my Local Account, because that's what I'm currently signed in as): Login Prompt 2.Finally I get an Oops, something went wrong error message with no error code.
