I don't access my laptop after creating Microsoft password? Could you help me?

At first I put a password on Windows Hello or Windows account. I know exactly the password. But after restarting my laptop my profile banned by Microsoft account or something else? I don't know what to do?As you can see on the picture I can't type any password or any word to enter my profile
