I didn't use my kinda old PC for a little while, and when I started it back up one day it wouldn't go on windows. Please help soon.

Hi, this PC is made in 2009 and and I got it 3 or 4 years ago from a kind teacher that wanted to help me out. Said teacher said he got it refurbished from a friend. But when I decided to boot it back up after about a year ago since I used it, it wasn't acting correctly. If you want to help ask all the questions you want, because it's really important for me to fix this. I will add pictures of the only "pages" and things it will show me. Thank you if you help.
